Refundable Services (Within 7 Days

We offer refunds for the following services only within the first 7 days of service activation:

  • Website Maintenance

  • Web Hosting

  • Video Hosting

If you are not satisfied during this 7-day window, you may request a full refund. After 7 days, all sales for these services are final and non-refundable..

🎨 Web Design Services

For web design projects, we work closely with each customer to ensure satisfaction with the design before final delivery. Once the client approves the design and accepts the final delivery:

  • No refunds will be issued.

  • However, we remain available to offer support and assistance for any issues that may arise post-delivery.

🛠 Website Malfunctions & Support

If your website encounters a malfunction:

  • If the issue was caused by HostingRDX's system or due to natural events, we will resolve it at no cost to you.

  • If the issue was caused by client-side actions (e.g., deleting templates, removing plugins, mis-configurations), we reserve the right to charge an administrative recovery fee of up to $350 to restore your website to a functional state.

Please be advised:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the domain name before purchasing.

  • Once a domain is registered, it becomes the property of the customer and cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

  • All domain sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Any disputes must first be addressed directly with HostingRDX in an attempt to resolve the matter through mutual communication or arbitration.

  • If a customer initiates legal action without attempting to resolve the issue with HostingRDX first, they will be responsible for all legal costs incurred, including attorney and court fees.

As a condition of purchasing or using any of our services, you, the customer, agree that any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising out of or related to our services must first be brought directly to our attention. We are committed to working in good faith to resolve any issues through direct communication or, if necessary, through third-party arbitration, before any legal action is taken. This allows both parties to find a fair and cost-effective resolution without immediately resorting to litigation..

In accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, particularly those relating to consumer-business disputes, HostingRDX requires that customers make a documented and verifiable effort to contact and engage with our support or dispute resolution team prior to taking legal action. This includes providing a clear description of the issue, reasonable time for response, and openness to participate in arbitration or mediation if needed. Our company maintains records of communication and will use them to demonstrate our willingness to resolve matters fairly and timely. Should a customer initiate a lawsuit, file a legal complaint, or pursue litigation without attempting to resolve the matter with HostingRDX first, they shall assume full responsibility for all resulting legal expenses. This includes but is not limited to court filing fees, arbitration costs, attorney’s fees, administrative expenses, and any related damages incurred by HostingRDX in defending itself. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that it is legally binding.
